Short staffing has put pressure on midwives to just ‘do the job’ the care and compassion makes a huge difference to women in vulnerable positions, especially after labour.

To respond without judgement- especially first time mums. Midwives- Kacey and Anita (Student midwifes) = amazing! Endrela- incredible.

Some staff needs to be trained more on their care service when speaking to patients. Some are very impressive but not all.

This was my second pregnancy where we had to face very challenging experience. But all my doctors and midwives timely interference everything becomes easy and every person involved with me.
